Your app user (parent, student, etc.) accounts are listed under Accounts > App Users in your dashboard.
There are several ways Student accounts may be created:
Student accounts may be closed using the Action Menu.
If a Staff member Signs Up in the app, they may end up with an App User (parent/student) account. Use the Action Menu to convert an App User to a Staff account.
Importing Student Accounts and/or Family Contacts may be useful if your App has the Mass Notification feature, Student forms (such as Excused Absence), and/or HallTrak Hall Pass.

You can create a spreadsheet (MS Excel or Google Sheets) or export student data from other software, and import into your Appazur dashboard. Contact Support for assistance.
