About Chat:

• Chat is for private conversations between a staff member and app user, or between two staff.
  • Group Chat has also been enabled for some customers.
• Chat requires both participants to have an iOS or Android device.
• Chat may be initiated using the (+) button on the Chat screen (v6.3+), or from the Staff Contacts menu.
• If a staff member enables the Allow Replies option for a regular Message sent from the Dashboard, the parent/student will now see a Reply button. When they reply, the reply will be in the private Chat, and the message that they are replying to will be quoted in the Chat.
